THE SET 1, 2 & 3

The main stage – a contemporary space for a wedding ceremony, a reception and a multitude of meetings and events. Showcasing a private bar and private access to the terrace, The Set caters for up to 250 guests and can be divided into three separate rooms with Set 1 the accommodating up to 117 guests Theatre style, or 40 guests in a classroom or dining setting.

THE SET 2

The Set 2 can welcome up to 84 guests and is perfect for medium-sized meetings, dinners and receptions.

THE SET 3

The Set 3 can welcome up to 49 guests and is perfect for smaller meetings, presentations, dinners and receptions.

THE FOURTH WALL

Flooded with natural light with views of the vast green space surrounding Storyboard, The Fourth Wall is perfect for board meetings and private dining for up to 12 guests.

THE GREEN ROOM

Overlooking the Terrace, The Green Room is perfect for board meetings and private dining for up to 16 guests.

THE TERRACE

The large Terrace is accessed from both Storyboard and the main hotel bar and restaurant and can be sectioned off for private events. Walk off the terrace to explore the hotels tranquil grounds.

HOSTS TO THE RED ROSES

We were delighted to host some former England Women’s Rugby players, together with their former president, as they supported the current team to win another Six Nations Grand Slam recently.

‘Historically the team stayed at the hotel so we’ve kept it as our preferred venue when coming down to the area to watch the Red Roses games. We love the fabulous new decor but the heart of the place still feels the same. I call it the ‘Home of the Vintage Roses’.
