THE SET 1, 2 & 3

The main stage at Storyboard at Shepperton, The Set is a contemporary and versatile space for conferences, meetings, presentations, team building events, private dinners and more. Featuring a private bar and direct access to the terrace, The Set can accommodate up to 250 guests when used together or it can be split into three spaces.

THE SET 1

The Set 1 accommodates up to 117 guests in a theatre-style layout, or up to 40 guests in a classroom or dining setting, making it ideal for medium-sized presentations, team building activities and private dinners.

THE SET 2

The Set 2 can welcome up to 84 guests and is perfect for medium-sized meetings, dinners and receptions.

THE SET 3

The Set 3 can welcome up to 49 guests and is perfect for smaller meetings, presentations, dinners and receptions.

THE FOURTH WALL

Flooded with natural light with views of the vast green space surrounding Storyboard, The Fourth Wall is perfect for board meetings and private dining for up to 12 guests.

THE GREEN ROOM

Overlooking The Terrace, The Green Room is perfect for board meetings and private dining for up to 16 guests.

THE TERRACE

The Terrace offers a versatile outdoor space for private events, with direct access from Storyboard and the hotel's main bar and restaurant. Available to be used exclusively or to section off for special occasions, it provides a tranquil setting with views across the grounds.

HOSTS TO THE RED ROSES

We were delighted to host some former England Women’s Rugby players, together with their former president, as they supported the current team to win another Six Nations Grand Slam recently.

‘Historically the team stayed at the hotel so we’ve kept it as our preferred venue when coming down to the area to watch the Red Roses games. We love the fabulous new decor but the heart of the place still feels the same. I call it the ‘Home of the Vintage Roses’.
